Howard Dean's unusual reaction to a 3rd place finish in the 2004 Iowa Caucus

It's been called the "I Have a Scream" speech. It's been called the Howard Dean Primordial Scream. Some people simply call it "The Dean Scream." But most everyone agrees that democrat Howard Dean got a little worked up during his speech after a third place finish in the Iowa Caucus.

"Not only are we going to New Hampshire," Dean said. "We're going to South Carolina and Oklahoma and Arizona and North Dakota and New Mexico, and we're going to California and Texas and New York. And we're going to South Dakota and Oregon and Washington and Michigan. And then we're going to Washington, D.C., to take back the White House. Yeah."
